At Tech One, we believe that strong partnerships are built on trust, integrity, accountability, and mutual respect. We expect all suppliers, contractors, consultants, service providers, and strategic partners to conduct business ethically and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Our Third Party Code of Conduct sets out the standards that all third parties are expected to uphold when working with Tech One, including:
- Business Integrity: Act honestly, transparently, and professionally in all business dealings and avoid any form of misrepresentation.
- Respect for People: Promote an environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, and unfair treatment while supporting diversity and inclusion.
- Health & Safety: Maintain safe and healthy workplaces and comply with relevant health and safety requirements.
- Conflict of Interest: Disclose and appropriately manage any actual or potential conflicts of interest.
- Gifts & Entertainment: Avoid offering, soliciting, or accepting gifts, favors, or hospitality that could improperly influence business decisions.
- Responsible Use of AI: Use Artificial Intelligence responsibly, protect data privacy, prevent bias, and ensure appropriate human oversight.
- Privacy & Confidentiality: Safeguard confidential information, intellectual property, and personal data entrusted to them.
- Environmental Responsibility: Comply with environmental laws and support sustainable business practices.
- Speak Up Culture: Report suspected misconduct or unethical behavior without fear of retaliation.
Tech One reserves the right to assess compliance with these standards and may require corrective actions or take appropriate measures where significant violations are identified.
